Plain version: cancel any time in one click, and if the first payment wasn't worth it, email us within 7 days and we'll refund it.
Memberships are sold through Whop, which is the merchant of record, so you cancel from your Whop account — there is a link on your billing page. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for — you are not cut off the moment you cancel.
If the service isn't what you expected, email our Discord within 7 days of your first membership payment and we will refund it in full, no explanation needed. Because Whop is the merchant of record, we authorise the refund and Whop returns it to your original payment method; it typically appears within 5–10 business days. You can also raise it with Whop directly.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel at any point before a renewal and we send no surprise charges. That said, if a renewal caught you out — you forgot, you hadn't used it — email us. We would rather refund you than have you dispute it.
If we shut the service down or remove a feature you paid for mid-period, we refund the unused portion of that period.
We cannot refund on the basis of trading outcomes. The service sells information, not results, and no performance is promised — see the Risk Disclosure. Refunds are also not available where an account has been terminated for breach of the Terms.
Please email us first — or raise it with Whop, who process the payment. We answer every message and we would rather just refund you. A chargeback takes weeks, costs both of us, and we cannot restore access while one is open.
Some jurisdictions grant statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital services. Nothing here takes those away — where they apply, they apply on top of this policy.
