Plain version: you have 2 days from buying a pass to ask for a refund. After 2 days, a pass is not refundable.
A 30-day pass, paid once through Whop, the merchant of record. It is not a subscription: there is no renewal, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. The pass runs 30 days from purchase and ends on its own. Your plan is shown on Account → Membership.
If the service isn't what you expected, tell us within 2 days (48 hours) of the purchase — on Discord or by email to [email protected] — and we will refund the pass in full, no explanation needed. Because Whop is the merchant of record, we authorise the refund and Whop returns it to your original payment method; it typically appears within 5–10 business days. You can also raise it with Whop directly. A refunded pass ends immediately.
After the 2-day window a pass is not refundable, in whole or in part, including for unused days. The window is measured from the time of purchase on your Whop receipt.
If we shut the service down or remove a feature you paid for while your pass is running, we refund the unused portion of that pass.
We cannot refund on the basis of trading outcomes. The service sells information, not results, and no performance is promised — see the Risk Disclosure. Refunds are also not available where an account has been terminated for breach of the Terms.
Please contact us first — or raise it with Whop, who process the payment. We answer every message. A chargeback takes weeks, costs both of us, and we cannot restore access while one is open.
Some jurisdictions grant statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital services. Nothing here takes those away — where they apply, they apply on top of this policy.
