Guide & FAQ

Every page, every plan, straight answers

Where everything on the site lives, what each page shows, what each plan opens, and the questions worth asking. For the deeper read on how to interpret a call — the rhythm of a round, what the tier words mean, why a bot sits out — the reading guide covers that. Times on the site are Eastern.

What is this, in one paragraph?
We run a fleet of automated systems that read the Bitcoin 15-minute prediction markets on Kalshi. Each one publishes its call for a round, and every call is graded against the official settlement — wins and losses alike, nothing curated. This site is where those records live. It is a record, not a recommendation: we publish what our systems did, and you decide what, if anything, to do with that.
Where should I look first?
DESK for the live round, BOTS for every system's graded record side by side. If you are new, spend a round or two on Bots before anything else — the records are the point, and they are the thing most people skip.

02 Getting around

  • Top bar: DESK / COMMAND (one switch) · BOTS · DATA · ACCOUNT ▾ · the Discord icon.
  • ⏱ clock in the top bar is the time left in the live BTC 15-minute round. It lights up in the final minute.
  • The dot beside the logo turns green when every live feed is healthy.
  • Keys: on the Desk press 2 for Command; on Command press 1 for the Desk.
  • Plans: /pricing. Your own plan: Account → Membership.

03 Every page on the site

Grouped the way the top bar groups them. The badge is the plan that opens the page.

Core pages

DESKFree
The live round: one call for the current 15-minute window with its settlement context, a live chart you can hover to read (engulfing, hammer, shooting star, doji, failed pushes, volume reads — each with how often it followed through historically), whale prints, walls, VWAP, the tape, and the dens band with every bot's standing call. Free members see the fleet's calls after the round settles; Pro sees them at lock. The Rome family is live for everyone.

What is driving the move: the settlement index vs the strike in σ for the time left, YES/NO ask and bid, the market's chance vs our model's chance, cost after fees, then the evidence — 5s tape, whale net flow, volatility and order-flow imbalance, the ETH market, recent settles, feed health.

Every chart and feed in one hub: Charts (BTC/ETH with the strike line, Fish W/M, the four-coin round, the Quant matrix), Market (the Kalshi book, tape, whales, walls, news, crowd & fear), Bots (live board, streaks, latest calls) and Records. Your own screen. Press ✎ EDIT and add blocks — charts, the Kalshi book, tape, whale watch, the Quant matrix, bot cards and stations, the calls feed, the graded tape, news, a round clock, a notes panel, more. Presets for desktop, tablet, mobile and dense, plus themes. Views save in this browser, so each device keeps its own set; pick your default under Account → My Views.

Build your own bot. Pick up to ten of ours as "stones" and Opera locks a call of its own every round at T−5m, graded at settlement. Test a line-up on history first. Changing the line-up starts a fresh record — a different line-up is a different system.

Messages from the desk (unread count in the top bar), Membership and your pass, Discord roles (connect once; the bot keeps your server roles matched to your plan), My Views, Settings (username, password, alerts, your invite link: a friend who creates a new account through it gets +1 day of Pro, and so do you).

Candles from our settlement-grade feed with Kalshi rounds and results drawn on the chart. Indicators, overlays, price alerts, and your own formula indicators. Shift-drag to measure; keys 1–4 switch timeframe; save as PNG.
Full-screen console for the round: the chart, the settlement reference and the average the rest of the round needs for the result to flip, model vs market, trend/VWAP/flow read-outs, and the Voice Co-Pilot (spoken updates and captions, with an hourly-market mode).
Candles, technicals and every bot's call on one chart. Click a bot to isolate it; hover a candle to read it, click to pin.
The settlement index itself, 5s live to 15m: EMA 9/21/50, VWAP, rounds, RSI, pressure, the reversal watch, optional alerts.

REPLAYFree
Replay any of the last twelve settled BTC rounds with each bot's lock in time. Pro adds the live lens on the round happening now.
Two bots on the same yardsticks over the same windows. Mind the sample sizes.
Which of BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP and HYPE leads the 15-minute round, one declared call per event, graded against the exchange's winner.
Gold, silver and WTI 15-minute markets: a desk call every round — UP, DOWN or no call, with its confidence, its cost and why — three calls of record per round graded at settlement, and the research record behind it.

The dens Pro unless marked

Each den is one system's own page: its live call, its rule in plain words, and its complete graded record. Every den is also a card on Bots.

THE ROME FAMILYFree · live for everyone
JEROME (BTC), ETHROME, BEROME, DEROME — rule-driven callers, one per coin. The part of the desk we do not put behind the wall. SOLROME, XROME, HEROME, ZEROME and NEROME (SOL, XRP, HYPE, ZEC, NEAR) are on Pro.
TARAFree
A guest engine, run unmodified from its author's own code — her app, her rules, her record from zero on our grading.
TINKER · SIMBA · AGGRFree · consoles on Pro
Three more dens open to everyone. Each also has a live trading console behind the Pro plan.
The conductor. Five of our own systems vote, weighted by each one's settled record and the current regime, and Maestro locks one call per round. It can reverse itself after a lock if the voices flip.
The sniper. At most one call per round, taken at a fixed point in the window that was frozen before it ever traded, plus a rarer entry lane that fires only when every condition lines up.
Chorus speaks only when two voices agree, and shows what that agreement is worth versus either alone. Warden counts how many independent signals point the same way, and what that count has been worth.
Augur gives one considered verdict per cycle with its own graded history and a chat panel to interrogate it. Ambush is the war room: the aggressive read, its tiers, and its record at the honest book price.
Stormfront is the weather desk: the session's volatility regime plus the engines that only run in particular conditions. Scout scans for shape in the book rather than direction in the price.
Sentry watches six 15-minute markets at once with an early-warning read. Heretic buys BTC's favourite only when the other coins' books lean the other way. Fighter backs the book's favourite at T−2m and owns the result.
Fish counts the W and M shapes the tape draws and runs a sealed paper record toward its read point. The Dark Knight is the night-shift scalp guide: entry, exit, reversal warnings, and it grades itself.
ARGUSpaper
Eight coins on one rule: the official settlement index against the strike, the physics cone to the bell, and a paper call only when the physics sits well above the ask. Every coin with its own charts and reversal odds.

Free is not a demo. Every settled record on this site is visible without paying, forever. What you buy is timing — seeing a call at lock instead of after the round — plus the dens and the terminals. We would rather you judge the record first.

05 Reading the records

How is a call graded?
Against official Kalshi settlement, never against a price we observed. A call is recorded when it is made and graded when the market settles — there is no step in between where anything can be revised. Pending rounds stay ungraded rather than being guessed.
Why do you always show the price next to the win rate?
Because a win rate alone means nothing here. These contracts cost what the market thinks they are worth: at an 84¢ entry you need to be right 84% of the time just to break even. A system winning 86% at 84¢ is barely ahead; one winning 64% at 50¢ is far ahead. Any win rate we publish sits next to the price that earned it, and often next to cents per contract, which is the number that actually decides whether something is worth anything.
A bot has done nothing for hours. Is it broken?
Almost certainly not. Several systems only act when their conditions are met, and most rounds do not meet them. A rule that sits out is a rule working. The den will tell you when a system is genuinely stale.
What do the tier words mean?
LEAN, SOLID and STRONG describe how decisive a read was. We publish the word and not the underlying score — the score is the part we built. Each den shows what its own tiers have actually been worth, with the sample size, so you can see whether STRONG has earned the name.
Why do some records look short?
Because they are. New systems start at zero and accumulate forward — we do not backfill a record or show a backtest as if it were live. A young record is labelled as one.

06 Billing & account

How does paying work?
$25.99, once, for a 30-day pass — paid through Whop, who handle the payment; we never see your card. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews: your pass runs 30 days from purchase and simply ends. When it ends you decide, fresh, whether it earned another one. Your plan is on Account → Membership.
Do I need to cancel anything?
No. A pass is a one-time purchase — there is no recurring charge to stop. If you joined on the old monthly plan: those subscriptions were all ended on our side, nobody is rebilled, and your access runs to the end of what you already paid for.
I paid but the site still shows me as free.
Use Claim your membership. That happens when the address on your Whop account is not the one you signed up with here — paste the membership ID or licence key from your Whop receipt and it links immediately. If it still will not link, bring the receipt to Discord and we will do it by hand.
Will you email me?
Notes from the desk arrive under Account → Messages, with a count in the top bar when something is waiting. For anything urgent, Discord is the fastest way to reach us; [email protected] also reaches us directly.

07 Our data, and what we hold back

Why do you show a word instead of a number?
Confidence tiers, regime labels and rule descriptions are published in words. The thresholds, weights and model parameters behind them are not. You get everything needed to judge a system — its side, its price, its conditions in plain language, and its complete graded record — without us handing over the thing we built.
Are the prices you show real?
Where we can, we record the live order book at the moment of the call rather than a delayed quote, because a stale price makes any record look better than it was. Where a price is a listed quote rather than a proven fill, we say so. We would rather publish a smaller honest number than a larger convenient one.
